In order to encourage employers to hire employees with disabilities, the government has recently launched the "Support Programme for Employees with Disabilities" to provide employers who employ persons with disabilities with a one-time subsidy to purchase assistive devices and/or modify their workplaces. So that employees with disabilities can increase their efficiency in performing their duties, and can better realize their work potential.
