On 6 March 2024, RDHK held a networking lunch at Cordis Hong Kong, an occasion for the industry partners to mingle and learn about what RDHK accomplished last year and its plan for the coming year. Before lunch, a short video "Making the Unseen Seen" which was produced to celebrate the 10th anniversary of establishement of RDHK was played. The video depicts the achievements of RDHK with the joint efforts of various stakeholders to advocate for healthcare services and policies for rare diseases over the past decade.

• Other programmes to commemorate the 10th anniversary of RDHK include:
• 🥳 To compile the Chinese articles published in the Health Section of Oriental Daily News in the past year into a book titled "Empathy for Rare Diseases" (罕見病 ♥️ 同理心) ; 
• 🥳 To publish a 10th anniversary commemorative issue with the theme of "A Decade of Love" (十載同舟十載情), which records the experiences of RDHK with various stakeholders;
• 🥳 To produce a calendar for 2025, using the visual artwork of 12 rare disease patients;
• 🥳 To hold a large-scale rare disease symposium in Q4 with participation of stakeholders from Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas;
• 🥳 To host a celebration dinner for the 10th anniversary of RDHK.

A total of 41 friends from the industry attended the networking lunch. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders who have been caring about the rare disease community and supporting the work of RDHK over the years!
