Important notes:
1.  Full members who cannot attend the meeting may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. To be valid, the proxy form must be completed and returned by mail to Room 101, G/F, Lai Huen House, Lai Kok Estate, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, or by email to info@rdhk.org, no later than 3 pm on 13 June 2024.
2.  All members are welcome to attend, but only “Full Members” (including individual & organisational members) have the right to vote.
3.  A round-trip taxi allowance is provided for members who need to use a wheelchair. Details are as follows:
a)  Go to the registration counter upon arrival.
b)  Present the original one-way taxi fare receipt.
c)  Calculation of reimbursement : one-way taxi fare (round up to an integer) x 2
    (For example: the fare is $100.90, the reimbursement amount is $100 x 2 = $200)
d)  Collect the cash and sign the receipt.
e)  Members are required to return the original receipt of the return taxi fare by post or in person to RDHK's office within 7 days after the event for financial auditing purpose.
